What to Wear: Bring a hip skirt if you have! If not, I have some to purchase

When: Every Sunday at 6pm

Where: Open Channels Wellness Studios

What to Wear: Wear something comfortable to move in.

Cost: $22 for a single class or check out our memberships for extra savings!

What: A private session tailored to your needs; Any style of dance.
